We run several specialized programs on the computer to completely remove all Spyware, Adware and Viruses and we will teach you how to do it yourself if you wish. Did you know that every time you use the internet Spyware and Adware programs are secretly installed? On computers that have never been scanned before we sometimes find up to 800 different Spyware and Adware programs. Below is a list of common symptoms that Spyware/Adware has been installed. - Your internet browser pops up advertising all by it self usually advertising obscene sites or their own pop-up blockers/spyware removal tools that don't really work.
- Your web browsers home page unexpectedly changes.
- New supposedly "helpful" toolbars install are added to your internet browser.

What does it involve?
Sometimes a system is so infected or corrupted that a complete re-install of the operating system and programs is needed. Just drop off the system to us and we will do the following: - Backup all your documents, e-mails, favorite websites and anything else that you specifically request.
- Reformat your hard drive and install MS Windows and any other programs you have given us disks for. Disks are not required for us to re-install very popular free or shareware programs, eg WinZip, OpenOffice, InfranView.
- Install the latest service packs and security patches for your version of MS Windows and MS Office if you have it.
- Install Anti-Virus and Spyware/Adware removal software even if you have not supplied us with any.
- Put back all your data and setup your e-mail accounts and dial-up accounts (if needed) as well as any other specific settings you request.
- Clean the inside of your computer if needed.
